This year Tourco continues to expand the number of customers we serve and the variety of
tours we offer. We're building on the success of our newest addition -- Tourco's
Northern Transportation of Eau Claire, Wisconsin -- by integrating new geographic areas
into our operations. I am proud to announce that we are exploring new departure
points as well. A sincere thank-you to all of our loyal customers for your past patronage. We greatly
appreciate your continued support. As we enter our 15th year of business, the
comfort of our passengers remains our top priority. We continue to offer
state-of-the-art technological improvements on our motor coaches and have added more
one-way flight tours with motor coach to shorten our itineraries per popular demand.

Free Minnesota Senior
Federation (MSF) and Coalition of Wisconsin Aging Groups (CWAG) memberships!
 Tourco's Firstline Tours, the
Minnesota Senior Federation (MSF), and the Coalition of Wisconsin Aging Groups (CWAG) have
teamed up to offer members a 4% discount on any extended motorcoach tour program over $100
and 2% on all cruises and general public travel programs. Plus, Tourco will pay for
a one-year membership with any tour of $500 or more. If you are presently a member, we
will give you an additional $15 off a new single or double reservation. For

800-735-8687. Offer good from January 1-April 1, 2006.
General information
Please make your reservation well in advance. A per person deposit of $50 on tours
less than $1000 or $100 on tours over $1000 is due within 5 working days after making your
phone reservation. Final payment is due 35 days prior to departure, 45-60 days on air
tours, or as otherwise noted. Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards may be
used for final payment or full payment for extended tours. Charge cards may be used for
extended tours of $100.00 or more per person, and all casino tours. Trip documents will
be sent out 7 to 10 days prior to departure on extended trips. Full payment for
day tours is due 5 working days after phone reservation. Payment will guarantee your
reservation.
Cancellation policy
Extended
MOTORCOACH TOURS
• 10 business days prior to departure -- full refund less any non-recoverable
costs (tickets, hotels, meals, air)
• 4-9 business days prior -- refund less $50.00 cancellation fee per person plus
any non-recoverable costs
• 0-3 business days prior -- no refund (weekends are not business days)
• Refund checks will be sent after the tour returns. Travel insurance
is highly recommended.
One-day
AND CASINO TOURS
• 4 or more business days prior to departure -- a credit memo less any
non-recoverable costs will be issued after the tour returns (credit good for 1 year from
date of issue)
• 0-3 business days prior -- no refund CRUISE, AMTRAK AND AIR TOURS
• Cancellation penalties will apply according to individual vendors.
Tourco's cancellation policy does NOT apply.
• The cost of charging and crediting a charge
card will be deducted from the refund. No refund will be given for the unused
portion of a trip should interruption during a tour be necessary. Trip
cancellation-interruption insurance is highly recommended for extended tours. This
policy does not apply to Air-Cruise-Amtrak or other tours not directly controlled by
Tourco.
2006/2007: Travel
Guard (Insure America)
The American Bus Association (ABA) and Tourco are proud to offer insurance plans through
Travel Guard International. Tourco highly recommends travel insurance for all our
traveling passengers and will not be responsible for any losses due to cancellation.
Cost will vary depending upon the cost of the tour. A brochure will be included with
all extended tours. Air/Cruise and International tours will have their own trip
cancellation policies. Tourco trip cancellation insurance does NOT apply to One Day
or Casino Tours. We feel this trip cancellation policy will ensure our customers
worry-free reservations on the Extended Tours. |

Responsibility
Tourco's Firstline Tours, Inc. of Spring Lake Park, Minnesota operates these tours. Tourco
acts as agent for tour members in arranging accommodations, transportation, sightseeing,
admissions and meals. Tourco reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary and
pricing when necessary. Tourco is not responsible to any person for loss of time or
money if a change in the itinerary occurs. Damaged suitcases must be reported to the tour
directors immediately. Tourco will not be responsible for damaged luggage caused by hotel
or other carriers. Tourco reserves the right to refuse passage to any passenger due
to illness, disruptive behavior, hygiene or any problem that may result in an unsafe
environment to the rest of the passengers or the operation of the tour. Tourco will
not be responsible for any monetary damages that may result and highly recommends travel
insurance.
Door-to-door policy
- Free door-to-door pickup within the Twin Cities Metro Area
for customers on tours of 5 nights or longer. Metro Area is within the I-494/I-694
beltline and a 1-mile radius of that beltline.
- Outside of that area to a 6-mile radius of the I-494/I-694
beltline (including Anoka, Maple Grove, Burnsville, Apple Valley, etc.) a charge of $20.00
per person round trip will be applied for door-to-door service.
- On selected tours of 3-5 days, door-to-door service will
be available at a nominal charge of $10.00 per person each way or $20.00 round trip,
within the I-494/I-694 beltline and a 1-mile radius of that beltline. A minimum of 4
passengers are required for this service.
- Tourco will provide transfers for groups of 6 or more
within a 100-mile radius of the Metro Area for an additional charge of $15.00 each way or
$30.00 round trip per person (on tours of 5 nights or longer).
- Motorcoach will provide special group departures at
designated locations within the Metro Area, for groups of 6 or more on extended tours, and
10 passengers or more on tours of 1-3 days, at no charge.
