DAY 1: As
we begin our wonderful motorcoach tour to New England we'll stop to enjoy an included
coffee and roll break. Our travels today will take us across Wisconsin and through the
Chicago area to our overnight in South Bend, IN. This evening we'll enjoy an included
Welcome Dinner.

DAY 2: An
included breakfast starts our day, then well head east across Ohio stopping for a
morning break en-route to the Cleveland area. We'll take a lunch break on your own,
then head along the shore of Lake Erie and into New York for our overnight in Jamestown,
NY. Upon arrival we'll check into our hotel for the night and after time to refresh you'll
be free to have dinner on your own.
DAY 3: This
morning we'll head east stopping in Corning to visit the Corning Glass Museum. We'll stop
for a lunch break on your own, then enter Massachusetts and head to Springfield for our
overnight. After time to refresh, you'll be free to have dinner on your own.
DAY 4: Included
breakfast starts our day then we're off to Cape Cod and Hyannis, MA. Upon arrival we'll
visit the Kennedy Memorial, then sit back and enjoy our first train ride as we board the
Cape Central Railroad for a trip past sand dunes, salt marshes, cranberry bogs and the
Cape Cod Canal. Later we'll board the Hi-Line Cruise Boat for a narrated cruise of Hyannis
Harbor past the Kennedy Compound. We'll then check into the hotel and after time to
refresh we'll enjoy an included Lobster dinner.

DAY 5: Following
included breakfast we'll enjoy a guided tour of Cape Cod stopping to visit historic
Sandwich and then it's on to visit Plymouth where the Pilgrims landed. This afternoon
we'll arrive in historic Boston and tour the "Freedom Trail". We'll see places
critical to the history of the American Revolution, the site of the "Boston
Massacre", the harbor where the Boston Tea Party took place, the Old North Church,
the Old State House and the USS Constitution Museum (better known as Old Ironsides). Later
we'll check into our hotel for the night and after time to refresh the evening will be
free to have dinner on your own.

DAY 6: Following
included breakfast we'll head north into New Hampshire and into the White Mountains to
North Conway. Here we'll board the Conway Scenic Railroad for a memorable and enjoyable
ride through beautiful Crawford Notch, one of the premier scenic train rides in New
England. Next will be another highlight as we visit the Cog Railway Visitors center and
ride the Mount Washington Cog Railroad

DAY 7: An
included breakfast starts the day and then were off south to Lake Winnipesaukee and
Squam Lake (site of the movie "On Golden Pond"). Upon arrival we'll board the
M/S Mount Washington for narrated scenic cruise on Lake Winnipesaukee, commonly referred
to as "The Most Beautiful Scenic Cruise in New England". Later we'll continue
south taking in the beautiful scenery as we head to Bellows Falls, VT. Upon arrival we'll
board the Green Mountain Flyer for our last scenic train ride as we take in the beautiful
scenery traveling through the Green Mountains. Later we'll head to Rutland, VT to visit
the New England Maple Museum prior to checking into our hotel for the night. The evening
will be free to enjoy dinner on your own.
DAY 8: Following
included breakfast we'll head south following the Ethan Allen Trail and the north end of
the Appalachian Trail through the Green Mountains and into New York. Our travels will take
us across upper New York taking appropriate break stops as we travel through the cities of
Syracuse, Rochester and Buffalo en-route to our overnight in Erie, PA. Following time to
refresh you'll be free to have dinner on your own.

DAY 9: This
morning following included breakfast we'll travel along the shores of Lake Erie and
through the Cleveland, Ohio area. This afternoon we'll take a lunch break and an afternoon
break as we travel across Ohio and Indiana to the Chicago, IL area for our overnight.
After time to refresh we'll enjoy an included Farewell Dinner.

DAY 10: We'll enjoy our
included
breakfast then head north through Illinois and across Wisconsin taking appropriate break
stops. Late this afternoon we'll arrive back in the Twin Cities filled with wonderful
memories of the Scenic Railroads and Waterways of New England.
