DAY 1 Texas,
here we come! We’ll stop for our morning coffee & roll break then cross
Iowa and Missouri to our overnight in Topeka, KS. We’ll get better acquainted with
our fellow passengers at our Welcome Dinner this evening.
 
DAY 2 After
our included breakfast we’ll head towards Oklahoma, where we make a stop at the
National Cowboy Hall of Fame. This afternoon we’ll enter Texas and head to the
Dallas-Fort Worth area for our 2-night stay.
DAY 3 Following
our included breakfast we’ll enjoy a full-day guided tour of the great cities of
Dallas and Fort Worth, including the JFK Sixth Floor Museum and the historic Stockyards
area of Fort Worth. We’ll return to our hotel with the evening free to relax and have
dinner on your own.
DAY 4 After
our included breakfast we’ll head south to Austin, the capital of Texas, where
we’ll do a short driving tour and have time for lunch (on your own). This afternoon
we’ll tour the LBJ Ranch prior to heading into San Antonio, where we'll check into
our hotel for the next 2 nights. You'll be free to unpack, relax and have dinner on your
own.
DAY 5 We’ll
enjoy an included breakfast this morning, then set out for a guided tour of San
Antonio. After our tour we’ll take in the Alamo Imax Theater for the true story of
the battle, then visit the historic Alamo. We'll enjoy a narrated barge ride through the
River Walk, then the remainder of the afternoon and evening will be free to explore the
many shops along the River Walk and have dinner on your own.
DAY 6 Following
our included breakfast we’ll head east to
the Houston area and our visit to the LBJ Space Center. Later we’ll head to Galveston
Island for our 2-night stay overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This evening we’ll enjoy
an included seafood dinner.
DAY 7 Today
after our included breakfast we’ll enjoy a guided tour of Galveston, including Moody
Gardens with its world-famous Rain Forest. Later we’ll visit the Seaport Museum and
take some time to explore Old Town Galveston. The evening will be free to relax and have
dinner on your own.

DAY 8 After
our included breakfast we’ll start back north this morning through Houston and
Dallas. Our overnight will be in Norman, Oklahoma, where the evening will be free to relax
and have dinner on your own.
DAY 9 An
included breakfast starts our day, then we’ll visit the Oklahoma City Memorial and
the Will Rogers Memorial. We’ll overnight in the Kansas City area with a
Farewell Dinner included this evening.
DAY 10 An
included breakfast
will be enjoyed by all as our luggage is loaded on the coach. Our travels take us across
Iowa and back home with wonderful memories of our Texas adventure.
